Buc & Jennifer | An H3 Diamond Ranch Wedding | Weatherford, TX

Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Slay! Their winter wedding is intimate, cozy and romantic. Buc & Jennifer had such a sweet ceremony. My favorite part was the blending of the unity sands to represent the blending of their family. They shared this moment with their children and it was incredibly heartwarming. The day was exactly what they envisioned- laughing, dancing and making new memories!

Jennifer and Buc met through a mutual friend. By date three they each knew they had found the one. They both shared the value of Christ at the center of their marriage and that has remained the driving force of their relationship. Buc knew that he two hearts to protect and pursue. Not only Jen’s, but her daughter’s as well. Both have kids and it was important that they were incorporated into this beautiful day.

What is the best thing you’ve learned from one another?

“That big, unconditional, unreserved love is possible, even at this stage in life. We both had no clue what was around the corner when we met. We never expected to know without a doubt so soon that we had found our forever person.”

What is your favorite thing about each other?

Buc: “I am constantly encouraged by Jen’s steadfast commitment to me, her kindness, and how her sweet words and servant’s heart daily bring me confidence. Even while sick she pursued me daily even when my emotional cup was empty and didn’t have the strength to respond with the same love she shared.”

Jen: “One of my favorite things about Buc is how thoughtful he is with his words, actions and responses. He speaks words of encouragement and love and adoration with spoken and written words. He has continually looked for ways to surprise me and make our time together special, whether it be sending me flowers on my girlfriends trip or making plans to take my daughter on a date or planning for our future together.”
